Kale Greens



1 T Coconut Oil
Chunk of fatty ham
1 large Onion diced
¼ tsp Salt
3 cloves Garlic
1 T Brown Sugar
¼ tsp Pepper
3 c. Chicken Broth
1 small pinch Red Pepper Flakes
½ lb. Kale greens, stemmed,
and cut into 2 inch strips

1. Heat oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add garlic and onions, cook until tender.

2. Add Kale and cook until they start to wilt.

3. Add in ham with the following:
Pour in chicken broth, and season with salt, pepper, brown sugar, and red pepper flakes.

4.Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 45 minutes, or until greens are tender.
